Standard Bank AGAIN!!! - UCount Rewards

U guys again. I have never had so much hassles with a company as I have had with Standard Bank!!! I will attempt to keep it short. Called to apply for Ucount Rewards. Confirmed postal address to deliver card to. 3 weeks delivery. After 2 weeks, receive e-mail saying address wrong. Phone and confirm address again! Told that again it will take 3 weeks to deliver (Why!! If you printed card and attempted a delivery, why another 3 weeks - Asked call centre person, she was speechless). It is now 4 weeks since and still no card.
I am saying this once only. I WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER ING APPLY FOR A NEW PRODUCT/SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK AGAIN!!! This is the 3rd time u guys have ed with me on my cards. Last time it was when I upgraded to Elite Banking and when I lost my cards. GET AN ANSWER TO ME SOON OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
