We had a bond with nedbank several years ago. we switched it to sa homeloans due to many complications with nedbank. as far as we were aware the bond was switched, nedbank bond were settled and we had our bond with sa homeloans unit we sold the house beginning of 2013. we tried to apply for a new bond in the last month only to be advised by absa bank that we still have an outstanding bond with nedbank. now this infuriate me as we settled this bond ages ago. the outstanding bond doesn't even show on our consumer credit report but absa were able to pick it up. this has caused us not qualifying for the new bond, and due to the incompetenc of the staff at nedbank we now stand the change of loosing this property as we have to run around trying to make sense of it all. we need someone to investigate this matter urgently and advise us. our time to obtain a bond expires the 10/10/13 and we hope that this will be resolved by Monday as we don't have more time to waste and we keep nedbank personally responsible for this. please help. info as per absa 07/2007 R807015 and 07/2007 R402508 . we urgently need assistance please. thank you in advance.
