I phoned FNB and asked them for a full settlement amount on my credit card. Aly Zunaid send me a letter with the full settlement amount which I paid the same day. He sent me an email back telling me that he will clear my name and that my account will be closed. Now after I paid FNB in full I still get sms'e threaten me wil legal action by GL Inc. and that they will collect the money. Now I just want to know is don't FNB see that this account is paid in full and that I even received a letter that this is paid in full??? Is this they way FNB treat customer and on TV they tell you this nice stories about them. Personally I never ever and I mean never ever want anything to do with FNB and as far as I go I will tell my friends and people about FNB that threathen you with legal action after your account is paid in full.
