FRUSTRATED NEED REFUND ON DEBIT ORDER!

My current loan with RCS was paid in full on the 28/08/2013. I phoned RCS on the 2nd of September after my debit order was deducted, and asked them to refund me and to close the account. The lady asked me the normal security questions to verify that I was the correct person of the account. Which is fair. But now when i asked her to when could they refund me the amount deducted as the settlement amount of R4728.07 was paid in full by African back themselves. This agent asked me what amount was paid and i told her 4..something and that i could not remember the full amount as African Bank consolidated the amount and negotiated the settlement amount with RCS. I asked her surely all the information must be on the system infront of her, and she told me she cant help me because i could not give her the right amount that was paid. I repeated that I did not transfer the money and that African Bank settled the amount. All I need is for the account to be closed and refund my last payment. I asked for and agent to contact me back to sort this out and no one has bothered to contact me. I even got the statement that it was paid. I need someone no not just any one a Manager to contact me!
