I used my Nedbank Cheque account on Monday 02/09 and Nedbank allowed the transaction to go throught twice for the same amount, I went back to the retailer who was so kind to give me his bank statement showing that the amount for the transaction is only reflecting once on his statement,
I called Nedbank now explaining to every Tom, and Harry in the call center, each one getting a turn to view my account but not providing me with a solution to my problem after 45 minutes the solution was sorry go to a branch and lodge a dispute, why the have call centers with Dumb consulants
Im highly annoyed and really thinking of switiching my accounts I honestly cant believe we have this pathetic customer services, yet they quick to rake in bank charges, well it all boils down to the following Nedbank, me over for R193 but they have lost a client, who will ensure I Bad mouth them every where I go.
