Miway have started off on a bad footing with me. Just recently - last month or the month before, I joined the insurance company. The consultant told me that their premium etc does not change annually like most insurances. Guess what? Hardly three months after joining the insurance company, I receive a letter from the company that they will be amending my access to over R3000, which I explained I do not want or be increasing my premium! I responded to the email they advise you to email to when you have issues with the excess and have not heard from them last week. If Miway change a thing when I have emailed them to inform them that I reject their ridiculous increase, they should rather cancel my policy with them. I am quite annoyed that they could not even wait a little while until they started with the changes! I am no longer confident I made the right decision with this company.
