Misled and bad attitude

On the 27august I called Momentum to enquire about my provident fund, and I was told I would have to sort out my bank details provided which I did and called back to confirm and I was told it would be processed and paid out in 48hours.iCalled again today 28August and the lady who spoke on the phone told me the person I spoke to previously hasn't verified the account and will let them know and when I asked herhow long it will take to payout she responded by saying within 10 working days, I then told her I was told it would take 48:rs she then started laughing and asked me who told me that, when I asked her why she is laughing she continued to giggle and answered with sarcasm that she is not, ..that call for me was barbaric and very disrespectful nevermind the bad telephone ethics, ..now I'm left confused because even the email I was promised to receive hasn't been received yet, she didn't even bother to call me back after I put the phone down because her laughing made me feel belittled. I still sit and wonder when and if I will ever receive my money.
