I have recently changed to the Gold value bundle package. For the past three months the has been an admin fee (cbp capitalisation) deducted on my account. I went to the Vanderbijlpark branch to enquire and no one at that branch new what that money was for. They then referred me to my branch since they could not assist. On the 17th of Jan I went to my branch, The Glen and same story, they had no clue. One of the consulted took my details and told me they will inquire from the head office and I will be contacted. Till today I have not received any feedback from ABSA. Can someone from Absa please explain to me what is this cbp admin fee moneys for? As far as I know I am only suppose to pay the fixed value bundle fee.
