Cellphone banking recharge

on the 27th July i used my cellphone banking account from absa to recharge two cellphones with airtime both vodacom and the recharge did not go through but when i pulled my bank statement the money was deducted from my bank account. i first called a consultant from vodacom who confirmed that they did not recieve any credit amount from absa for the recharge, i then send an e-mail to absa explaining what happened, i then received an email from samantha Eriss a consultant at absa telling me that absa is not responsible for airtime not loaded on my phone and that i should contact my cellphone provider this was on 29 July. i sent them an email again on 29 Aug i explaining that this is not the first time this has happened to me with absa cellphone baking when i try to load my airtime. then a case was opened and a consultant by the name of Shamiel Begg was doing follow up on the case for which on saturday 10 august when i went into an absa branch after not recieving feedback on the case i was told that she (Shemiel Begg) has closed my case without notifying me on the results of the investigation. i called and spoke to the manager who should be returning to me in two days time
