Poor service

I had an accident and called my insurance, they sent through the assessor to check the car, after that the car was sent to the penelbeaters for repairs, when I fetched the car it was half done, the front bumper and the right fender was not done because the assessor (Casper) did not include the bumper and he asked for left fender to fixed and it was not damaged, called the Casper several times and Esme Swanepoel from the insurance, to fix the mistake done by Casper, Esme told me to call Casper spoke to him and he said he has sent through everything to Esme, called her and she did not receive anything from him, Esme promised to send him an email, called Esme today, feedback she got from Casper, he said I must place another claim, WHY? cause he is the one who made the mistake in the first place, ticking the wrong fender to be fixed and not including the bumper, and I dont understand why I have to go between Esme and Casper for the problem to be fixed, as the INSURANCE they should have sorted this out with their assigned Assessor, now I must place another claim, no ways, rather cancel cause no one wants to take the blame and please check the claim form submitted. and come to me
