I had log a claim for my car which was damaged by hail storms, when the qoate came back they needed me to pay a huge amount of excess money of which i did not have, and i had only one thing in mind was to cancel the claim, but Esme gave me options on how i can still have my car fixed, and that was done within a week, she went an extra mile for me cause i had lost hope, so now they have paid me the money and my car will be fixes, thanks to Esme for giving me hope with Oakhurst, i will definately recomment them to other people, so my car will be like brand new again
