Still not reolved

I have already logged a complaint 308261 after getting no response by emailing the premier banking. I said that i had settled my personal loans but they still reflect on my profile and i want them removed.

So FNB responds and sends me a statement of my personal loans showing they are settled. I TOLD YOU THEY WERE SETTLED I WANT THEM REMOVED FROM MY PROFILE. The one page says it is zero the other shows a positive balance of R64. If it is ZERO REMOVE IT FROM MY PROFILE. If you owe me R64 transfer it into one of the linked accounts so the balance is ZERO and REMOVE T FROM MY PROFILE. If i owe you R64 let me know so this can GO AWAY
