Untrustworthy vehicle financing Department

I have logged a request on 29 Oct for my original car registration documents to be forwarded to me, as the vehicle was paid off in April 2012. I was told that as per the system, the documents are still in possession of Standard Bank and that they will forward to me. However, this never happened as they could not find my document. I filed a complaint through the complaints line and was told that a certain Hannes Snyders, an internal forensics investigator, would make contact with me as the document could not be found and according to them, my vehicle was not the only one. Up to today, after various mails to Mr Snyders, I have had no contact from him yet.

The reason for the request is that I wanted to have the vehicle's licence renewed on 29 Oct 2012. I was told that I could not renew the licence, as the vehicle had been re-registered to a Mr Nkosi at the Randfontein Traffic Department. I asked how this was possible, as I am staying in Port Elizabeth and still have the vehicle in my possession and still use it on a daily basis? Standard Bank lost my vehicle's registration document and they are now leaving me in a position where I am driving a vehicle which does not belong to me.
