I am sadden by the lack of interest Kia has in its customers. It feels like once they have sold a vehicle, that have a "'DON'T CARE ATTITUDE''. I purchased a Kia Cerato at the end of 2012. I desperately need to renew my vehicle licence, which has already expired, and I can not do it, as there is an outstanding document that Kia North Cliff did not submit when I purchased the vehicle. I was told to come in to Kia NorthCliff on the 01.02.2014 at 8.30am, to have a COR (the outstanding document) done. I waited for 45 minutes, and then was taken to the testing station, only to be turned away. As it was to late. Collin assured me that he will contact me to make new arrangements for the COR. Which I am still waiting for. I called 3 times this week, but no avail. I am tired of running around due to the incompetence of people. I need to renew my licence and I am not getting any assistance.
