Process to claim R400 not that straight-forward

I contacted Outsurance for a quote on vehicle insurance as a result of the promotion they are running whereby the promise to pay R400 if they can't better your current insurance premium. As expected this was exactly the case since their quote was more than double my current premium and with a higher excess at that. The process to claim the promised R400 involves clicking on a link to a website, entering a OTP which is sent as an sms and uploading your current insurance policy. I have done this 3 times and each time I receive another e-mail with the same link and a new OTP. Should I assume from this that my effort the provide Outsurance with the necessary information has been unsuccessful or will I be receiving R400 in the near future?
