This is probably the worst nigthmare for any person involved in an accident and having outsurance as his/her insurance company. I've been in an accident with my pregnant wife on the date mentioned above and still my car has not been in to get fixed. But my payment each month is not late as they make sure to take my R748.00 each month as quickly as possible. Now I have been informed that they guilty party can pay an amount of R 500.00 each month untill they paid of the excess amount then I will only be refunded. My baby girl is due in March and what is more important to outsurance is me making the necessary payments as soon as possible.
Really disapointed with the whole situation. Looks like MiWay and outsurance is rocking the same standard boat. Poor, poor service.
