Lack of proper feedback

We have a home loan with ABSA and our partner died, we were advised by the branch manager to continue making the bond repayments even with our partner deceased, we did continue paying the bond and in 2011 when I wanted to buy a new car i was told by the car finance that i had been blacklisted by ABSA, upon following up the matter with ABSA we were informed by the manager that they had not been receiving the bond repayments, but I was the only one blacklisted in the partnership. She also assisted in clearing my name off the credit board and also advised us to continue paying. We were told that the insurance on the house had been discontinued in October 2012 with claims of non payment as well, following this up they simply said our account with ABSA is closed. During all this time we had not missed one payment and we have each month's proof of payment and we still continue to pay the bond monthly. We would therefore like HelloPeter to assist us in getting clarity and a way forward from ABSA on the above mentioned and as to why we have to pay the bond (our part and that of the deceased partner) as we have failed after numerous attempts to get to the bottom of it ourselves.
