I had an account with FNB Walmer & moved to Walmer Park branch due to bad service!!
Now this is the 4th time I am here and have been here for MORE than 30min & still have not as yet been helped! The 1st time I sat in the queue for 45min without moving! I came another 2 times, there were crazy long queues then too. I decided to leave.
Today I am not happy at all anymore!
When you have a long queue of clients WHY are there ONLY 2 people helping clients?! That is not acceptable!
FNB's slogan is How can we help you?! Well they are not helping at all!! I have no idea if this will even help or change anything! Lets see!
