To whom it may concern,
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Outsurance regarding a telephonic quotation on car insurance on Friday 10 May 2013.
After the consultant gave me a quote, which by the way did not beat my current premium, I asked her to kindly e-mail the said quote to me as I would like to discuss same with my parents over the weekend.
She said something about fine print that won't be included... blah blah blah and that she cannot e-mail me the quote and that if I am happy with what she has told me over the phone, Outsurance will start to cover me immediately and THEY will cancel my current insurance. The call was then given to the manager who was actually very unprofessional and put the phone down in my ear - he did not confirm that they will email the quote or anything.
I thought it is an obligation free quote??? And I still haven't received the quote via e-mail. Let alone, no one even said anything about the R400 (not that I want money, but still!?!?).
I AM NOT INTERESTED IN OUTSURANCE ANYMORE. False advertising and rude employees.
