I saw an offer on Groupon about a cover/sleeve for a Samsung galaxy 10 and I placed an order. I then paid through EFT, but when I logged on to see my account it said payment refused. I placed a complaint and nothing happened. I than called the call center and was answered by a lady named Zulfa, and she said I must send her an email which I did, with the proof of payment attached. It has been a week no response after I bought the item 3 weeks ago. Either you give a refund of my money or the deliver the good to me. This is so disappointing as I thought I would have my sleeve now.
