I purchased a voucher by mistake on the 17 January 2014 when I set up an account with Groupon SA.
Fortunately your money back was guaranteed after mailing them. I did mail them and told them the problem.
It was promised to me that it would take 3-5 working days to refund me. After 7 working days I mailed them and told them the money still does not reflect in my account. They wanted proof, I did send proof. After 13 Working days I mailed them again. Now they needed my banking details.
I am not happy. There services that was promised is not handled efficiently. I am still awaiting my refund.
