I bought something from Wicount on May 23rd and have not yet received delivery. I've called them 3 times and every time am told 'our supplier never arrived with the stock', or 'yes mam, we should have it by tomorrow' or 'give me your number and I'll call you when it comes, should be this week'. Suffice to say I've never received a call and over a month a half later I still have nothing. This is such bad customer service. If they cant get stock of something they sold, then they should contact all who bought it and either say, Sorry it's going to be late' or 'It's never coming, do you want your money back'. Shocking.
