My cheque card was cloned. 2 Unauthorized transactions were made. I reported it the following day. Want my money refunded but must wait 5 DAYS OR LONGER JUST FOR FORMS FROM THEM that I must complete! Why not the same day? Must I pay interest and bank fees on transactions I did not make? Still ...
