Miscommunication leaving me VERY unhappy
I lost my phone on 16/10. I filed a claim with 24Hour Mobility on 17/10. The claim was approved on 18/10 that I cannot pick it up from MTN directly. I paid the excess & spoke to Sandile who then informed me that it IS possible to pick the handset up. This made me even more angry. The waiting ...
