On 30 April I called TIC (part of Santam) to find out whether they would cover me for the following: I am emigrating to Canada. My health insurance ends 30 June, but my flight is only 4 July & I arrive in Canada 5 July. I need emergency medical cover from 1-5 July, after which I will be covered ...
