TELECOM: USELESS & INCOMPETENT
My landline has been off since 1 August 2013. The matter was reported on 2 August to the call Center. It took them 12 days to send a technician, after I complained. Technician arrived, tested the line etc etc and got the phone working. The phone only worked for 6 hours and we are back to square ...
