I upgraded my contract. I phoned on Tues 14:42 to do a sim swop. The agent to me and said I can use my old phone until 18:00 until my new sim become active (at 6). My old sim stopped working. My new sim did not work either. I phoned at 17:30 only to speak to a very rude lady who wouldnt help me ...
