On the 26th of March 2013 i found out that I apparently have an account with NEOTEL and it is in arrears by 3 months. I however never contacted nor opened an account with NEOTEL as i told Karabo from Consumer at Neotel. She assured me that the whole thing would be sorted out in the next 3 to 7 days ...
