I PHONED MULTICHOICE TWICE ON 29 JUNE 2013 AND WAS CUT OFF ON BOTH OCCASION AFTER HOLDING FOR MORE THAT 30MIN ON BOTH OCCASIONS . WHAT MAKES IT WORE WAS THAT I HAD TO PHONE THEM BACK AFTER THE ASSISTANT COULD NOT CORRECTLY ACTIVATE THE SYSTEM AND IN THAT PROCESS CUT THE TELEPHONE LINE. WHO MUST PAY ...
