How can Standard Bank Namibia be the only bank that do not offer a Visa or Mastercard Debit Card? FnB, Nedbank and Bank Windhoek all have debit cards enabled for online purchases but Standard Bank either don't care or still live in the dark ages. I do not want a credit card to do online ...
