Faulty TV after 2 weeks of purchase

Complaint: Reference number 4258825576 (Samsung Bad Customer Service)
We bought a TV at Makro Samsung Brand on the 27 July 2022, 12 August we reported the faulty TV, which was logged with Samsung on the 16 of August, we struggled and had to follow up, and decided to log a complaint on the 22 August 2022, the same day technician was dispatched and spoke about repairing the TV, I did mention why are not replacing because it is a new TV he wasn’t interested in the conversation, went through to email the department and query this after several follows and phone calls on the 25th August they sent an exchange form for completion, all was completed together with the invoice, feedback was to follow, till today we still following up and requesting feedback, their service levels are horrible and they always promise to call you back but they never did or at least update us on turnaround exchange request, we paid a TV that is not, how long does it take to replace an Item, they not appreciating or value their customers, I would really recommend this brand simply because should your product be faulty you will struggle to get assistance, talk about value proposition which is also influenced by reputation and understanding what customer service entails also how to build customer loyalty, at this point you failed and you really need to work on this ….i am a very dissatisfied customer at this present moment.
