Flexi Club
Why Cant we resign as shareholders/Members of Clu

I have had numerous phone calls lately from Flexi Club asking me to pay my arrears user charge etc - otherwise known as the yearly levy - in 2012 the levy was roughly R4300 - this year 2013, the levy has escalated to R7317.18 - considering the fact that already it is was high in 2012 and you can never find any accommodation at any good resorts especially during school holidays or you have to book what they call a bonus week which just costs you more and your levy is still due and payable regardless.

I had a call this morning after having a few the week earlier and explaining to them nicely that I want to cancel or resign, whichever is the correct term, they do not offer you any help on how to go about this, they just threaten you with the legal department and summons - considering they need members in order to continue running, it makes me wonder how they are still up and running as they treat their members disgustingly - surely after all the complaints they could come up with a solution - they say of course there is, just sell your points and they tell you that the points are worth R12.50 per point - sell something that really does not exist when - i cannot even sell for R0.00
