Airtime competition gives invalid vouchers

Hi

I entered one of their competitions and received an sms to say I won some airtime. When I tried to redeem the airtime, the voucher was invalid. I tried to contact them to find out if there was another method to redeem the airtime and no one could assist me as no one knew anything about how the competition works.

Its not about the prize .. its about the principle behind what they are doing .. don't advertise it if you dont have the means to honour your advertising!
