I need the copy of a flight invoice/confirmation for VAT and internal accounting purposes. I have now called the Kulula call centre 3 times, and got different answers.
I was given [Email Removed] to which I sent my request. I have still not heard back from anyone there. I then forwarded my request to [Email Removed] as well, and I have still not heard back from anyone there either.
Its a pity Kulula cant get something this simple right.
