I purchased additional timeshare points in Durban last year. Flexiclub has messed up the contracting process and seems like a headless organization. They are now threatening me with legal action despite the unprofessionality on their side. For example they use my work landline telephone number as my bank account number!
I wish this nightmare could end with Flexiclub canceling the contract. I have no faith in them though- they are probably trying to use my bank account number to call me on!
I have complained and even tried to help them in writing and on the phone to solve the problem, but to no avail.
It is sad that I have been such an unproblematic client since 1997 and paying my dues without fail every month.
