I have spoken to several people from Twf over the past two months, and still have not received payment for two customers. We only accept payment up-front from them usually, because otherwise we land up in this situation. I get promised that someone will get back to me, but never ever does. We have reached the point of rather not taking bookings from this agency in the future.
