For more than a year now I have been required to attend regular meeting in Umhlanga, for more than a year now Kulula was my preferred airline company because of their standards and hype. Slowly but surely I have noticed a drop in their service. Today was the last straw, as usual there is a of a queue for George with not enough counters open to assist, finally everybody else was ignored and only the George passengers assisted. Although all the other passengers were on time we had to take a back seat while Kulula was finding it's feet. When I queried the supervisor why there was not a single counter to assist I was bluntly told that they will finish George first before the rest.
Quite frankly I will not bother booking with Kulula at all anymore as it is a waste of time to pitch on time.
