I had a very bad customer service experience from Travelstart. Firstly I couldnt pay them via eft due to their systems not being in place and the online banking rejecting the reference number they had given to me. I emailed them all my queries and challenges and they requersted that I depposit into one of their other banks on the following day. I did so and emailed them the proof of payment direct from Absa. Whilst waiting for my confirmation they emailed me to notify me that the flights expenses had gone up and I had to pay extra or request for a refund. Their call centre agents didnt know what they were doing and failed to assist me and made me pay for something they knew would not be available
