Accident happened on Fri, 30 Nov 2012 at 6.55am when a Golden Arrow bus CA 58180 rolled into my VW Microbus 2.3 CY 375618 @ the corner of Connaught Road &Francie van Zyl Drive by the robot. The bus was standing on an angle @the robot as it turned left into Francie can Zyl when the robots turned green. When the bus rolled, I heard a metal sound & then sounded my hooter, jumped out to see if there was any damage. When I got home, I discovered that this bus had dented the left front of my Microbus. This bus driver wasnt even aware that he had dented my vehicle @ he just drove off. Reported accident to Naziem Adams in the Claims Department. He emailed the claim forms& advised we need to provide 2 quotes. Reported accident to Ravensmead Police AR 59/11/2012. Joseph, Assessor @Golden Arrow on 18 Jan 2013 Joseph advised that they would either pay the cheapest quote or the pay the cash, but it would be less than the cheapest quote. My husband then made contact with Naziem & he got back advising that they will not be paying our claim. STOP ME! KARIN DE JONG &NAZIEM makes me out to be the! Karin laughed my claims off! FIX MY VEHICLE, now it is starting to rust!! KENNY
