Bad Service

I booked translux bus from JHB (Park Station) to Sibasa on the 28th of December 2012 and made a payment via internet banking on the 29th. When we got to Park Station this morning we were told that the payment is not yet received and we had to pay again. The passenger details are TL Makhado, ref number used when making payment is ADMA11. I only managed to get some form of help from the company today but it still does not help my case cause they insisting (Christine Jacobs Tel 27 11 774 8328) that they can only refund on the 20th.

I would first like to lodge a complaint Against Mr. Matolo for bad service, I spoke to him on 8th concerning the matter raised in email communication below and he promised that he assign this request to one of the consultant which never happened and when I send him emails requesting feedback he does not bother to respond. I have attached proof of payment and my ID copy. My proof of payment and Address below:
