Poor attitude towards customer & unfair reasoning

I booked a flight voucher at Top Flight Academy through Amanda Irwin. This voucher entitled me to a 30 minute flight over Hartebeesport dam. My husband and I later decided against going on this flight. I then contacted Amanda querying about a refund. She did not have an answer for me and said she would have to contact her manager and get back to me. This was on 11 January 2013. After numerous calls and emails from me she finally replied on 15 February 2013, over a month later, saying that she would only be able to give me a 50% refund due to administrative costs. I had paid R666.90 for the voucher and could not understand what sort of administration concerning the refund could cost over R300, especially since I hadn't even booked an appointment with them or inconvenienced them in any manner. None of the emails from Amanda conveyed any such policy about a 50%retainer regarding refunds. I then contacted her manager, Keith, directly and he was very rude on the phone and barely gave me the time of day to speak. With such a don't give a attitude towards their clients, its a shock that this company is still running. I believe I should be liable for at least an 80% refund.
