Bus driver overcharged

Hello,

I'd like to complain about the bus fare the driver charged me today. On Friday, I paid R9.00 for a trip from Sydenham Hospital to Thembalihle. Today's driver charged me R16.00.

When I entered the bus, I gave him a straight R9.00. He rudely said the bus fare was short and that I should pay extra. So, I paid because I was already running late. I'm complaining about the fare the driver charged me today. I would like my money back along with an apology.

I told him I was getting off at a PB Garage in KwaMashu station. He charged me extra nonetheless. He also said it was the machine's fault, yet he is the one who manually enters my stop location.
