My Citi fails dismally

My Citi fails to live up to its promises.

I travel on the Salt River Rail route and the experience fails to impress. On Tuesday 28 Jan 2014 angry, frustrated commuters was stranded for up to an hour without a service. Buses are often crowded, on a hot day the temps are up to 35 degrees inside a packed bus with no air conditioner and inadequate airflow. Our bus overheated on a hot day and broke down. Not to mention the malfunctioning of their tap in and out equipment that is costing our poor commuters HIGH penalties...!!!

I sometimes fee like they are hauling livestock instead of people with commitments to meet.

It is no use phoning their customer service center as you get told that road works or bad traffic is causing delays. Don't they have stand by buses in case of emergencies?!

Clearly the My Citi management needs to go back to the drawing board and re-think their strategy to live up to their vision of a safe and reliable inner city transport system.

AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THEY DON'T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS!!!
