SAA - Pathetic Service, Insects in Food

I write to you as SAA fails to respond. I refer to my complaint dated 15 November 2012 at 15:53 on Hello Peter which reads as follows:

Hi

I am writing this on HelloPeter as I have searched SAA website to log a complaint however there are no details.

On Saturday 10 November 2012 my family and myself flew SA193 from Mauritius to OR Tambo international airport. The service Onboard was pathetic and wish to advise that Philile Tshabalala should not even be in your employ. It was cold Onboard and several people asked for blankets which they received, a few moments later, an elderly woman asked for a blanket and Philile's first response as he screamed from the other end of the isle was "it's all finished". A moment later, I witnessed blankets being taken from the stowage and give to a few other people. Is this the way people are treated?

My sister and I was sharing the food Onboard and found an insect in our dessert- we have pictures of the same in our possession. Where is the hygiene factor? My sister suffers with a medical condition and hygiene is imperative. This could have led her to get ill. We pressed the attendant call button twice, only to be assisted 15 minutes late
