I called the call centre number advertised on your website, and happened to get through to Deirdre.
She dealt with my query with regards to a holiday in Phuket, and sent me the quote etc by the end of the same working day. Then when my son changed his mind and decided to go to Mauritius instead, no complaints, no issues, she just redid the quote and sent it through again.
Followed up every day (over a 3 day period) and when she wasn't going to be in the office, emailed me to advise such and told me who to deal with while she was out.
I will, eventhough I'm based in another province, definitely call Deirdre directly again to make any future bookings.
