I have been trying to cancel my membership

Me and My husband we joined the touch down group in April 2013 at a fee of 499.00 PM. And I have paying my monthly fee faithfully, however now I have realised that I wont be able to pay for this product further and I have been asking them to cancel my membership and Lindy keep on telling me that she is busy with the process and she promise to call us but she never calls. My friend is experiencing the same thing as well and she did talk to them with regard to her cancelling byt they are still her money every month.

When they offer their product it looks convincing but whenever you try to book theit resorts are always full regardless. I want them to cancel my membership with immediate effect, after all we never used their product and is not usable anyway.
