A fluorescent light fitting above the dressing room table mirror fell onto our IPad and cracked the screen. The manager's attitude to resolve this was rude. After him admitting it is loose when he inspected it and would see if he can claim, from insurance he came back to us to say the light fitting is ok and it is my perception of events. It is not loose What kind of response is this? I have pictures and a video to prove how loose it is.
