I want to compliment Miss van As on the wonderful service she gave my mom with regards to applying for an Australian Vi-sum my mom is flying over to visit my brother, she patiently and with a smile all the time help my mom filling out all the forms, she was always ready to help as soon as we enter through the doors, she made my mom feel special and important.
