I have received service possible from this industry.
How intercity express gets clientele in questionable.
Basically I missed the bus due to a change in terminals and unfortunately its my fault and"sorry can't help you".
Basically this company has no regional manager or a reliable person over seeing things except for Dikiledi Walstroom.
How a company of this sort has people so incompitent at the helm is quite a joke.
Yelling on the phone refusing to listen and assist for a manager shows a lot about the company and people in it.
Disapointing and disheartining is beyond measure.
Never do business with business of such quality.
