Hi. I was on flight 124 from cape town to jhb and had sealed and protected sea food in a cooler box (as stated on you website) and was not over 7kg. I was forced to throw away my sea food in a rubbish bin prior to departure when the lady who printed my boarding pass instructed me to do so because she and her supervisor said that sea food was not allowed on the aircraft.the security had no problem with the sea food, but just before boarding, the lady came all the way and stopped us from getting on the plane.now PLEASE help me understand that why do you have a website [URL Removed] that states there that im allowed to take sea food if its sealed and protected as hand luggade? will send you a screen shot with this mail where its stated on your website!!! im very disgusted on the way the lady of kulula handled the situation and now my very expensive sea food wont be enjoyed by my family over christmas.please advise me on how to take this matter further as im def intending on doing and wont be using your service in future or be recommending it to others.my flight number again; flight 124 W 24Dec 11:55 gate A12 seat 1C.
